More about Thomas Allen:"I am retired and enjoying my computer again. I went Luddite for a while, not for any particular reason, just because my computer got done in by a virus and I didn't fix it. Right now I am building biofeedback protocols for Thought Technology and I'm building software again. It feels good to be useful. For many years I was a teacher who taught biofeedback and neurofeedback concepts and methods to people around the world. I was also a clinical therapist using biofeedback in practice for close to 30 years. I have published research in the field of neurofeedback, biofeedback and psychophysiology.
It's been a long break. I got caught up on all that spiritual reading you are supposed to do when you start getting older. I've read the classics again, read every type of religious and spiritual writings I could absorb without floating into the clouds. Finally a couple angels bought me another computer with accessories. 3 1/2 years, it was rewarding enough to get back on it and start writing and thinking again.
I am working on a software program with two programmers that will extend Thought Technology's graphics and audio capabilities as I build treatment suites for TT. I have been having a lot of fun doing it. If anyone has ideas as to what they need in their practice let me know.
My ego is not the driving force in this. I just want to be useful again. It's been a long time since I have been able to. So I hope I can help people from my computer desk after 30 years of clinical practice, research and teaching.
I also eventually want to use my Facebook site to have serious discussions about life, the spirit of humanity and the practice of clinical psychophysiology.
